Depending on the type of web site, it can take quite a bit of resources to provide continually updated, and relevant content for your web site. Purchasing content is expensive. Generating the content yourself takes time.

Yet, there are some solutions in wordpress, and Joomla that can be quite useful in at least gathering the content. Wordpress has plugins that can take selected emails, and post them straight into the blog. There are other options available for Joomla.

A simple attractive layout, or the mega portal retains visitors primarily via the content contained in the site. Unique and constantly updated content appeals to the viewers, and search engines alike.
