How To Book & Pickup Your Trailer

Most vehicles fitted with a towbar can tow our trailers, but it's worth a quick check before you book. Make sure your vehicle's braked/unbraked towing capacity (listed in your owner's manual or on the compliance plate) is higher than the trailer's loaded weight, and that you have a working towbar, towball, and a 7-pin flat plug. A standard Australian car licence is fine for towing our trailers — if you're ever unsure about your setup, just get in touch and we'll help you work it out.

Yes. You can hire by the day, week and month, and longer bookings are easy to set up — just choose your start and end dates at checkout and the system handles the rest.

Yes — cancel or modify up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up with no additional fees.

As a starting point: during the hire period, you're responsible for the trailer and any damage that occurs. We recommend checking whether your own vehicle insurance extends to towed trailers, as policies vary between insurers.
